Look forward to your holiday in this detached holiday home, completed in 2021. Divided into two semi-detached units (each approximately 75m²), the house offers space for a total of 10 people (plus small children).
In each of the two semi-detached units – "Freedom" on the left and "Happiness" on the right – you will find a bright, spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and expansive views across the fields. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, and other amenities, allowing you to enjoy relaxed meals at the large dining table.
A fireplace provides cozy warmth on cold days. From the living area, you can access the terrace and the large garden.
The smart TV receives satellite television, and a Bluetooth soundbar is available for radio and music.
In addition to the shower room with WC on the ground floor, there is another bathroom with shower and WC on the upper floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each accommodating two people, and the option of adding a cot.
Each semi-detached unit has two parking spaces and a washing machine. There are 8 bicycles available for use by both halves of the house; you can get an impression of these on Ferien-Kranichblick.de.
