On the ground floor of Casa Resem is a cozy vacation apartment with stunning lake views and a large pool.
From the covered terrace with seating, you have direct access to your own fenced garden with sun loungers and a parasol. Here you and your dog can relax undisturbed.
From the beginning of May to the end of September, the pool (4 x 11 m/roll-up cover) located below the garden is open. It is for the exclusive use of the residents (3 families). Garden furniture is also provided.
The comfortably furnished living room (satellite TV/Wi-Fi) features a sofa with reading lamps and a dining area.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped.
There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds).
