This vacation apartment is located in the southern half of a multi-family building and offers ample space for five people on two floors.
The side facing the harbor basin features large, floor-to-ceiling windows on both floors, providing views of the harbor and garden from the living/dining/kitchen area and the bedroom.
The ground floor comprises a spacious living/dining area with a wood-burning stove, a sunny west-facing terrace, and a stunning view of the harbor basin.
Whether cooking at the kitchen island or enjoying a meal, the view of the wood-burning stove and the harbor basin is always a delight.
The ground floor also includes a guest toilet and a bedroom with a sofa bed and en-suite shower.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you will find two further bedrooms and a large bathroom with a bathtub and shower. After a restful night, enjoy the wonderful view of the harbor basin from the bathroom first thing in the morning.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a desk, and a large, covered balcony with furniture for sunbathing and relaxing.
Outdoors, comfort and family fun are paramount. Spend wonderful hours playing with your children or friends in the large, secluded garden with its conservatory and ample lawn.
Relaxing and reading a book is also possible on your own small private beach area, right next to the terrace – although there is no direct water access.
The house has one parking space located directly in front of the holiday home.
The holiday apartment is part of the exclusive northern Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Please note that construction work may still be ongoing in the surrounding area. We would be happy to inform you about the current status. However, we do not have information on when future work will be carried out.
