Villa Lydia is a luxury villa in a tranquil location with panoramic views of Kissamos Bay in western Crete. The spacious villa (300 sq m) features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed across two buildings facing each other. The atrium-style outdoor area, with two large pools (3.7 x 13 m = 48 sq m and a children's pool 8 x 2 m), terraces, a barbecue, a large dining area, a modern fire pit, and a well-maintained garden, leaves nothing to be desired. Lydia can accommodate 12-14 guests.
Kissamos Beach is a 10-minute drive away, and Falasarna is 20 minutes away. The stunning Balos Beach is practically next door and can be reached in half an hour.
The superb location offers sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Kissamos day and night.
The main entrance to Villa Lydia is on the first floor next to the large outdoor pool. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area for 12 people, as well as a living area with satellite TV and a fireplace. Large glass veranda doors connect the interior to a spacious outdoor terrace. A bedroom is also located on this level, situated at the rear of the building. From this floor, an open-plan layout offers a view of the ground floor's heated indoor pool (6x5m) with a relaxation room and a small private garden, easily accessible from the first floor via an internal staircase. Downstairs, next to the indoor spa area with a separate shared bathroom, are two further bedrooms in a quiet location, each with its own bathroom and private access to the garden.
A second staircase leads to the villa's attic, which features a bedroom with a bathtub and an en-suite bathroom.
Opposite the main building is a second single-story building offering two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living area, and a kitchenette.
Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the other three each have two single mattresses that can be converted into double beds. All mattresses, bed linen and towels are from Cocomat.
