The apartment is located on the ground floor (raised ground floor) of the Neptun building and is lovingly furnished by the owners. From the terrace (with outdoor seating), you can enjoy views of the North Sea dike and the North Sea marshland, allowing you to savor the North Sea climate in a sheltered spot at any time of day.

The North Sea holiday apartment is approximately 55 square meters in size. It features one bedroom and one children's room, a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove (ceramic cooktop and oven), a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle.

A high chair and a travel cot are also available free of charge.
A communal coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the building. You can store your bicycles in the bicycle storage room.
A free, numbered parking space is available directly in front of the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) with satellite reception and a DVD player.

Your dog is welcome in this apartment. With prior arrangement with the landlord, your dog is welcome to join you on vacation, provided you ensure your dog behaves well in the apartment and are liable for any damage caused.
