Villa Ana Spinovci
Villa Ana Spinovci is a renovated stone house with a private pool on the edge of the small village of Spinovci in central Istria, near Motovun. The house features a private garden with a 28 m² swimming pool (including a 4 m² children's pool), a 20 m² covered terrace with a barbecue, a table and chairs for al fresco dining, and two parking spaces. With three bedrooms, Villa Ana can accommodate six guests. The house has three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. From the entire house, as well as from the covered terrace and pool area, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the green hills and the picturesque Istrian town of Motovun.
