Villa Gabriel is located in the quiet, old village of Kotišina, near the Kotišina Botanical Garden and the medieval Veliki Kaštel Castle at the foot of Biokovo Mountain, offering breathtaking views of the sea and islands. The center of Makarska is 3.5 km away, and the beach is about 4 km away. The villa is ideal for 5 people but can also accommodate up to 6 (1 person sleeps on the sofa in the living room with a provided mattress topper). The basement includes a parking garage, a fitness room, a hot tub, an infrared sauna, a bathroom with a shower, a dance pole, a pool table, a foosball table, a dartboard, and a television. The ground floor features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with satellite TV, and a bathroom. Outside on the terrace, there is a swimming pool with a shower, sun loungers and parasols, as well as a dining area with a barbecue. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a balcony. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second, much larger room is a triple room, furnished with a double bed and a single bed, and has a bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
