This semi-detached house was completely rebuilt in 2020 in the former barn area. The original timber framing was preserved and integrated into the new construction. A stylish, modern, yet cozy and bright living atmosphere awaits you!
Downstairs, we have created a large open-plan living space. One section houses the fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dining area for five people and direct access to the south-facing terrace. The other section features a comfortable sitting area with a TV. A modern shower room with a toilet, as well as a separate toilet, are also located downstairs.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a cot (70 x 140 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200 cm).
The terrace is furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. The garden includes a sandbox, climbing frame, and other toys. A toy dinosaur and other outdoor games, such as badminton and boules, are also available. Stand-up paddleboarding included.
Campfires with roasted bread on sticks by the swimming pond ensure unforgettable evenings. Numerous natural areas on the 3.5-hectare grounds offer various places to relax.
