Asterias sits on a hillside with a magnificent panoramic view over the beautiful bay of Sfinari. Built as a private residence, the villa offers a warm, inviting atmosphere with all modern comforts.
The spacious house features two double bedrooms and two large bathrooms, one with a large walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. The large living room and the welcoming west-facing terrace form the heart of the house. From here, you have direct access to the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, which provides everything aspiring chefs of all ages need for cooking.
The two air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms are located at the rear of the house. There is also a second courtyard for relaxing and unwinding.
Besides its outstanding location, which allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets over the sea, Asterias enchants with its bright, welcoming architecture, which blends Cycladic and Ottoman styles. The high-quality tiling and the domed circular shower transform a simple cleansing ritual into a spa-like experience.
A large, private, paved parking area is also available. Smoking, pets, and parties are not permitted indoors.
A footpath leads directly from Asterias to Sfinari beach.
Kissamos and the most beautiful beaches of the west coast are just a short drive away.
