This comfortable 3-room apartment, accommodating up to 6 people, is located on the ground floor of the popular "Atlantik" building on the north side, overlooking the promenade, pier, and sea.

The spacious living and dining area features a comfortable sofa (which converts into a sofa bed for two) and two armchairs. One of the armchairs reclines fully flat. Books, board games, and a Blu-ray player are provided for cozy evenings with the whole family.

The kitchen and dining area adjoins the living area and offers everything you need for up to six people during your vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary appliances.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. A television is provided for watching TV in bed in the evenings. A Hauck baby cot is also available in the bedroom if needed.

The second bedroom is furnished with a triple bunk bed. Adults can sleep comfortably on the top and bottom bunks, while the middle bunk is more suitable for children. A wardrobe for your holiday clothes is also provided.

The bathroom with shower and toilet includes a hairdryer and a vanity mirror.
From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace and the adjacent green space. An impressive view of the promenade, the pier, and the Baltic Sea is guaranteed.
The apartment includes a single parking space (for vehicles up to 1.80 m in height, no double lift, parking fee applies) in the underground garage near the elevator.
A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is available in the building. You can store your bicycle in the lockable basement storage room.
