This cozy apartment is located on the third floor (accessible by elevator) and faces east. Up to four people can enjoy a fantastic vacation in our beautiful three-room apartment, offering 45 square meters of living space in a prime location.

The living area features a comfortable sofa where you can truly relax. Of course, you'll also find a television and a stereo system.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, which seats four. Enjoy leisurely meals here while taking in the view of the marina through the window.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ample dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils are also provided.

The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe for your vacation clothes.
The second bedroom contains a bunk bed and a wardrobe.
The dining area is adjacent to the living area. The fully tiled bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and hairdryer.

The balcony offers a partial sea view facing east. From here, you can enjoy the sunrise and have a leisurely breakfast overlooking the harbor, or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day.

A parking space in front of the underground garage is available free of charge.
