Located on the second floor of the building (accessible by elevator), this two-room apartment is situated directly on the beach and by the pier in Kühlungsborn East. Here, up to four people can enjoy a wonderful vacation in 43 square meters of living space.

The living area features a spacious corner sofa that easily converts into a bed for the third and fourth guests. A flat-screen TV with a stereo system and a DVD player are provided. The comfortable armchair with footstool invites you to relax or read.

In the adjacent kitchenette, you can prepare meals together. A kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, and dishwasher are at your disposal. Ample dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils are also provided.

The dining area completes the living and kitchen space and seats four. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast while taking in the view stretching to the marina.
In the bedroom, you'll find a restful sleep in the large box-spring bed and a wardrobe for your holiday clothes. You can store your suitcases in the provided storage room.
The interior bathroom was extensively renovated in 2021 and features a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.
The balcony offers a partial sea view facing east. From here, you can enjoy the sunrise and have a leisurely breakfast overlooking the harbor or unwind with a beer at the end of the day.
