Integrated into the living room is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with a ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave, various wall cabinets, a sink, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.

The living room is furnished in a Mediterranean style with a dining area, a double sofa bed with storage, a slatted frame, and spring core upholstery, two armchairs, a coffee table, a sideboard, a rocking chair in the cozy reading nook, and various floor and table lamps.

The television and stereo system are located on the sideboard.

The long west-facing balcony extends across the entire width of the apartment and is furnished with patio furniture for relaxation.
