When building our Seehaus holiday home, we placed great emphasis on harmonious, calm colors and simple but modern and high-quality furnishings. A spacious, bright, open holiday home in ecological timber frame construction awaits you, also suitable for allergy sufferers. In all rooms you will find underfloor heating and an ecological, modern floor in light oak or concrete-look tiles in the bathrooms and in the entrance area.

Ground floor:

In the spacious entrance area with a doormat you will find a cloakroom with a bench and plenty of space for shoes and jackets, a guest toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and storage space. From here you enter the visually separate living area with an open, modern, bright handle-free kitchen with a kitchen island that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to a dishwasher, oven and all the usual appliances (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, hand blender, kitchen scales), there is also a coffee pad machine. A large dining table, corner sofa, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large patio door with a view and exit over the large wooden terrace into the garden promise lovely, cozy and sociable vacation days and evenings.

Attic:
Here you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and the option of setting up a travel cot if required.
The bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, fly screens, large, spacious wardrobes and each has a separate shower room with a large skylight, walk-in shower with rain showerhead and towel radiator.
