Lipa in Privlaka
Villa Lipa is a traditional Mediterranean stone house situated on a large plot of land. The furniture is handcrafted from centuries-old Slavonian oak, and the house is decorated with many original household items used by our ancestors for work around the house, in the fields, or at sea. The ground floor features a main area with exposed wooden beams and traditional stone walls. It comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a fireplace for a cozy atmosphere. Villa Lipa also has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which includes a washing machine. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer views of the pool. In the backyard, there is a large swimming pool and a seating area.
