You can reach the apartment on the 2nd floor from the entrance area by elevator.
The apartment is bright, welcoming, comfortable, and tastefully furnished in a country style. It meets all the requirements of a 4-star property.

The living area includes a kitchenette and a dining area. Amenities include a microwave, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, etc.

The living area features a 37-inch LCD TV and a home theater system with a DVD player.

The seating area consists of a sofa that easily converts into a third bed, as well as armchairs, footstools, and a coffee table. The living area has two west-facing windows.

In the bedroom, you will sleep soundly in our 180x200 cm box spring bed. A 32-inch TV in the bedroom also contributes to your comfort. NOTE if you bring your own bedding:

The 27 cm thick mattress has a 180x200 cm, 8 cm thick topper. The duvets measure 1.40x2.00 m.
If you wish to use your own bedding, it should fit the bed dimensions.
The bedroom faces the lake and is therefore pleasantly cool in summer.

The apartment features an entrance hall with a wardrobe and a separate storage room. It also includes a comfortably furnished bathroom with a shower, a large vanity with a cabinet, a towel warmer, etc.

The sheltered balcony faces the lake and can be accessed from the living room and bedroom. It is furnished with a seating area and invites you to relax and unwind.

A parking space is available for your car. The driveway and the underground garage itself are spacious.

The driveway and therefore the parking space are suitable for cars with a maximum height of 2.00 m. It is a normal parking space, not a double parking system.
