In the beautiful town of Bad Zwischenahn, one of the most renowned spa resorts in northwest Germany, a luxury holiday home opened in 2021.
The holiday home enjoys a quiet yet central location, just 1500 meters from the lake shore and the town center with its spa promenade. From here, you can embark on wonderful hikes and bike tours.
Villa MeerSinn features two bedrooms, each with a double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames, comfortable mattresses, and feather beds. One bedroom also has its own private balcony.

The bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and walk-in shower is located on the upper floor. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. The ground floor also includes the living and dining room with a glazed bay window and direct access to the terrace and private garden, as well as the utility room with a complimentary washing machine, dryer, and infrared sauna. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher.

Directly in front of the house is a carport for one car, as well as a shed with storage space for four bicycles and a charging station for e-bikes. Two additional parking spaces are available in a separate parking area.

Across the street is a spacious children's playground.
The holiday home offers free Wi-Fi and telephone access (free calls to German landlines).
Pets are not allowed in Villa MeerSinn.

New! Starting in July 2021, we offer a charging station for electric vehicles. You can park your car under the carport and charge it free of charge at our wallbox. Please bring your own Type 2 charging cable.
