This charming half-timbered house, dating back to 1740, has been completely renovated and is located in the heart of Eckernförde's historic old town.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features a walk-in glass wall that offers a view into the old cellar. From the kitchen, you can step directly through the traditional Dutch door into the enchanting, mature garden. Here, the bright, covered veranda, garden furniture, and sun loungers invite you to relax. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed and an en-suite bathroom. You'll also find a large family room with a 180cm double bed and the option to add a cot. A third bathroom and another bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed complete the ground floor. A particular highlight of the house is the opening of the attic via a glass pane. Here you have an unobstructed view into the roof truss and direct daylight through the large skylights.
