The house has all the necessary amenities to make your vacation unforgettable. It offers an idyllic setting, ample comfort, understated luxury, and cozy accommodations. The villa is situated on a 2,200 sq m plot, with two other villas on the same property, but spaced apart to guarantee your privacy. It is fully equipped with all modern amenities and very elegantly furnished. There are four bedrooms in 180 sq m and can comfortably accommodate 10 people.
The building has four levels, each separated by a few short steps. The entrance level leads to the third level, where the living room is located. The room features many windows and doors that open onto a very spacious balcony. The balcony offers a sofa with two armchairs and a table large enough to seat up to 8 people. From the balcony, you also have a view of the swimming pool and the aforementioned vistas. A few steps lead to the fourth level, where you'll find two comfortable bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds; each room has its own private balcony. From the entrance level, a few steps down to the ground floor reveals a third bedroom, a bathroom, and the main kitchen. The bedrooms have doors leading outside, and the kitchen features an outdoor area with a table, perfect for breakfast or dinner. From there, a further level leads down to the windowed basement, which also has its own entrance and includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a second kitchen.
The house is sunny, cool, and secure, with a reinforced front door and secure windows. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
