The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a private villa in San Felice, with its own terrace and fenced garden furnished with a table, sun loungers, barbecue, ping-pong table, and a solar-heated outdoor shower.
It features one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a window. Sleeping accommodations are available for four people. There is a living room with a TV and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine. Parking for cars and boat trailers is available directly in front of the apartment, as well as a reserved parking space at the beach on the "Baia del Vento" lake, where you can swim and rent canoes and pedal boats.
Public restrooms and a good restaurant, pizzeria, and bar are nearby. Dogs are allowed on this beach.
The apartment is wheelchair accessible; there are no architectural barriers. The bathroom shower is designed to accommodate a mobility scooter. Families with children can let them play in the garden without any stress. This holiday apartment is also very well suited for our guests with dogs: the terrace and garden are fenced and separated from the rest of the villa. The nearest town is San Felice del Benaco, a 10-minute walk away, with shops, a bakery, a supermarket, a post office, and many restaurants.
Beach: 900 m to the lake. The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away. There is also a parking area there.
