Welcome to our holiday apartment "Traumblick" (Dream View) – the name says it all.

This 40m² apartment is located in a semi-detached house in Neuensien, directly on the idyllic Neuensien Lake. It also houses the holiday apartment "Seeblick" (Lake View). Enjoy the peaceful location amidst beautiful natural surroundings.

Information on additional costs and fees:

A security deposit of €100 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded 14 days after departure.

Utilities (electricity, gas, and water) are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One pet is allowed for an additional fee.
Up to two vehicles can be parked free of charge at the house. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room.

The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished and features a living/dining area with a kitchenette. The modern, fully equipped kitchen invites you to enjoy culinary delights. It features a two-burner ceramic cooktop and a dishwasher.

The bedroom has a box-spring bed with a topper (180 cm x 200 cm). You are welcome to use the provided cot for children up to three years old, so you can keep your little one close. There is no extra charge for this.

The attractively designed bathroom has a spacious shower, sink, and toilet.
To keep out unwanted little guests, the apartment is equipped with mosquito nets.

After an eventful day, you can put your feet up on the provided garden loungers and soak up the sun on our terrace. Enjoy delicious food prepared on the provided grill. Relax in the beach chair with a glass of wine and take in the breathtaking view of the lake.

The Baltic Sea resorts of Baabe and Sellin, with their famous piers, are just a few minutes away (approx. 5-6 km). There you will find beautiful beaches and a wide range of leisure activities.
