House No. 22, Deichgraf

A small vestibule leads to the bright and welcoming living area.
The open-plan kitchen features high-quality fitted units, including a microwave.
Cutlery, cutlery, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.

Please note that household items such as dish towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc., are not included and must be brought by you.

The centerpiece of this level is the large dining table with six chairs.
Here, you can enjoy meals and socialize.

The wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. It must be fueled exclusively with wood briquettes!

At the rear, facing the terrace, is a comfortable sofa area with a television.
A guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

The large, L-shaped south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.

The first floor offers two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sauna.

On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can be transformed into a wellness retreat.

The top floor, with its loggia, is a wonderful place to relax.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
A comfortable sofa area also offers a place to unwind.
The third bedroom is adjacent.
Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cozy warmth on cooler days.
A storage room is available outside for your rental bicycles.

Upon request, a travel cot with mattress and/or a highchair can be borrowed from reception.

Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the holiday park.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) parties or similar celebrations/parties/events.

A parking space for your car is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.
