From the living area you go out onto the large private covered terrace with dining table and chairs where you can relax while enjoying a beautiful view of the surrounding green areas and hills. A first bathroom, equipped with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine, enriches the layout of the house.

The apartment, which is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, continues to impress with its two bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, large wardrobe, flat screen TV and direct access to the apartment's private terrace.
