This luxurious semi-detached house is idyllically situated on a peninsula between the Schlei fjord and the Baltic Sea, surrounded by water.

Here, couples can find peace and relaxation away from the stresses of everyday life, or you can spend enjoyable days with friends and family.

The ground floor features a tastefully and elegantly furnished living/dining room.
The prime location allows you to enjoy meals on the large terrace with a direct view of the water and the harbor.

From the comfortable sofa, experience the harbor scene or the sunrise through the floor-to-ceiling windows. On cooler days, underfloor heating and a fireplace provide cozy warmth. Adjacent to the living/dining area is the open-plan kitchen, which, with its top-of-the-line equipment, invites you to cook.

On the first floor, you will find two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (one continuous mattress), while the other bedroom has two cozy single beds. On the same floor is the bright and inviting bathroom with a shower and whirlpool tub.

Another highlight of the house is the studio on the second floor.

The large roof terrace offers a magnificent view of the harbor and the Schlei fjord. Enjoy the sunset here in peace and quiet, or relax in the Finnish sauna with shower. Please bring your own sauna towels.

Also on this floor is a lounge with a second television and a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed for the fifth and sixth guests.

An exercise bike is available for those who enjoy being active.
Enjoy the gentle sea breeze and your vacation right by the sea.

A variety of books, games, an electric grill, four women's bicycles, and a stand-up paddleboard will contribute to a pleasant stay, providing fun for both young and old.

Explore the beautiful Baltic Sea landscape with our on-site bicycles and take excursions to many lovely places in the surrounding area.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome. Up to two medium-sized dogs are permitted.
