Holiday home in De Koog with swimming pool
De Duinpan is just a 5-minute walk from the beach, at the foot of the dunes of the Texel Dunes National Park. The three terraces offer beautiful views of the dunes and plenty of privacy. The garden is fully fenced. You can park your car right in front of the house. It's centrally located between the beach and the village, yet very quiet.
Due to its size (living room 20 m²), the house is particularly suitable for 2 or 3 adults, possibly with children and/or a dog.
Due to a tax change in the Netherlands, we have had to increase our rates for 2026 – the first time in three years. We appreciate your understanding.
