Located at the entrance to the Baltic Sea resort, this idyllic gem, owned by Princess Nina of Prussia until the 1990s, was built on a roughly 1200 m² plot of land approximately 300 years ago. High-quality materials, numerous windows, high ceilings, and ample space create a truly special ambiance in this sun-drenched thatched cottage with approximately 110 m² of living space. The house underwent extensive and meticulous renovations in 2004 and 2005, and was further refurbished and refurnished in the winter of 2016/2017.
