Private, original, authentic stone house – a rarity in Provence – quietly and secluded in an 8,000 sq m Provençal garden, very romantic and cozy, with plenty of character, original wooden beams, old terracotta floors, and modern comforts. Antiques, objects, and fabrics from Provence create a special, elegantly rustic atmosphere.
Our house, however, retains its rural farmhouse character, with a certain patina!
Besides the magnificent landscape and the wonderful scents of lavender, thyme, and rosemary that grow around the large pool and throughout the grounds, you will find above all peace and quiet in a truly authentic Provençal setting!
The access road and neighbors are far enough away to avoid disturbing you, and the other properties are similarly sized.
Our house remains a rural farmhouse with a certain patina! The house is situated on a south-facing hilltop, surrounded by vineyards, offering panoramic views across the vast plains. It sits on an 8,000 sq m property with magnificent mature trees, including tall, majestic cypresses, numerous olive trees, oaks, pines, and the many almond trees that give the house its name.
Here at your holiday home, "Les Amandiers," couples will feel right at home, but families will also love to gather here, celebrate special occasions, or enjoy meals together in the cozy dining room or on one of the terraces, with views of the beautiful landscape or overlooking the private, large swimming pool (14 x 6 m). The pool can be beautifully illuminated in the evenings, and you can also take a stroll in the illuminated garden.
All four bedrooms and three bathrooms have gas central heating, as well as portable electric heaters – a wonderful comfort during the shoulder seasons!
Of course, a beautiful fireplace with a heat-retaining insert is also available!
... In the living room with its fireplace, a large flat-screen satellite TV with a beautiful sound system awaits you, offering two German and French channels.
In addition to the spacious dining room with its 6-meter-high ceiling, there is a large living room with a fireplace and four comfortable bedrooms, one of which features a balcony, high ceiling, and mezzanine. All rooms offer large windows overlooking the beautiful garden, the swimming pool, and the mature trees.
