The spacious terrace and courtyard feature an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, an outdoor table, and a lovely 50 m² swimming pool. Around the pool are six sun loungers where you can enjoy the summer sun.
Within the fully fenced yard is a lovely green lawn.
