The buildings, dating from 1900, originally served as a horse stable and hay barn, and later as a granary.
In 1999, the stables were completely restored and converted. Typical features such as the arches in the attic, the original brick walls, and the semicircular entrances have been preserved, allowing the building's original purpose to still be recognized.
The Scuderia-type apartments (4/5 people) consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a spacious attic with two beds, and a private garden in front and behind the apartment.
