Our apartment "Johanne" is located on the ground floor of a classic Büsum red-brick house from the 1970s, close to the town center (900m) and even closer to the beach (500m), the spa gardens, and the family lagoon (500m). Parking is available directly at the house.

The apartment has a practical and well-designed layout, with all rooms accessible from the spacious hallway. The heart of the apartment is the 26 m² living room. Here you will find a new, high-quality, and fully equipped fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a comfortable seating area, cable TV, and a cozy bed for two people. From the living room, you have access to your garden-facing terrace, furnished with lounge furniture and a barbecue. A second bedroom offers comfortable sleeping space for one person (1.40m x 2.00m), and can accommodate two people if needed.

All floors in the apartment are finished with allergy-friendly vinyl or tiles. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a wall-hung toilet, a sink, and a window providing natural light. The entire apartment has underfloor heating.
