The stylish villa by the swan pond is located directly on the beautiful swan pond in Burg. It features four apartments, all with stunning garden views.

Apartment Schwan 4 is 54 square meters and can accommodate up to five people. This apartment includes a separate children's room with a crib and a single bed (90cm x 200cm). (The fifth person is charged an additional €10.00 per night.)

All rooms have laminate flooring and comprise a bedroom with a double bed (180cm x 200cm), a living/dining area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. An additional sleeping option is available on the sofa bed in the living/sleeping area.

The kitchenette is modernly equipped with a four-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave with a grill function. There is ample crockery and cutlery provided (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, dish soap, etc.).

From the living area, you can access the south-facing balcony with a relaxing view of the shared garden, complete with sun loungers and a barbecue area. The apartment is charmingly and comfortably furnished. A shed for storing bicycles and sports equipment is also located in the garden. Parking for your car is directly in front of the house.

Access to the house is via Kämmererweg. Free Wi-Fi is available!

This beautiful villa is centrally located in Burg, close to the beach, in a very quiet residential area. The apartments are ideal for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but don't want to miss out on the amenities of Burg's historic town center. The apartments are just a short walk from Burg's picturesque town center, and restaurants and a variety of shops are within easy walking distance.

The Burgstaaken fishing harbor is about a 30-minute walk along the inland lake. The fine sandy beach and the FehMare water park and wave pool are easily accessible by bicycle or car, approximately 4.5 km away. The train station and bus stop are also just a few minutes' walk.
