Holiday apartment in Nebel with swimming pool

The Seestern apartment (approx. 88 sq m) in the "Smäswai Hüs" is designed for up to 4 people plus one infant in a travel cot.
The bright living room and comfortable seating area invite you to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The living room also features a television.

The separate kitchen with a cozy dining table was renovated in 2019. A dishwasher, stove with oven, and refrigerator with freezer compartment complete the well-equipped kitchen. The large dining table seats 5 people. A modern guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

Below this is a very spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The second bedroom has two box-spring beds (90 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have windows and a modern ventilation system.

The full bathroom was renovated in spring 2022 and features high-quality fixtures, including a large shower with a low-profile shower tray.

The lovely terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair is located right outside the front door. Behind the house is a play and sunbathing lawn with a children's swing and soccer goals, covering over 2000 square meters, which is available to all guests of Smäswai Hüs. Garden furniture is available from Easter until mid-October.

High-speed Wi-Fi is free of charge.
A washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron are located in a separate laundry room on the property and are available to all guests of Smäswai Hüs.

Smoking is not permitted in the Seestern apartment, as in all our apartments. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, we kindly ask you to observe the no-smoking policy. We do not allow pets in this apartment.

A parking space is available directly at the house. A public charging station for electric cars is located approximately 200 meters away.
