The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a large wooden table for the whole family, a fully equipped, rustic kitchen open to the living room, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: three with two single beds pushed together and one with three single beds, so that the youngest members of the family can all sleep together. The house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.
Outside, there is a large stone terrace with a covered barbecue area in the traditional Mallorcan style, complete with a wood-fired oven, grill, stone sink, and dining area—ideal for large families and groups of friends. The large swimming pool is surrounded by lawns, gardens with ornamental plants and palm trees, and a small pond with frogs. Adjacent to the house is a plot of land belonging to the same estate with a grove of orange trees.
