Spread over 150 square meters across two floors, the Wärterhuus offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday on Juist. The heart of the house is the spacious living and dining area with an adjoining terrace and garden. In summer, this area is perfect for enjoying sundowners and long evenings with family and friends, while in autumn and winter it becomes the ideal space for cozy evenings by the fireplace. The first bedroom, with a double bed, desk, and en-suite bathroom, is adjacent to the living area. Thanks to a good internet connection, working on the island is also possible.
A staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor, where you'll find two further double bedrooms with views of the village. We've also created a seating area where you can relax with a book or watch a film, enjoying the view of the historic lifeboat station and enjoying privacy from the living and dining area. The house is completed by a spacious bathroom with its own sauna.
