Casa Rosy offers a large, bright living area with lake and mountain views, a sofa, satellite TV, a work area with free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, and microwave.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe, and the second bedroom has two single beds and a large wardrobe. A baby cot and highchair are available free of charge upon request. The two single beds can be joined to form a double bed upon request. In total, beds are available for four guests plus a baby (0-3 years). Bed linen and towels are included.
On the terrace, you'll find a table, chairs, and sun loungers, perfect for enjoying meals and cocktails while taking in the stunning views and experiencing the Italian dolce vita.
The complex's communal pool (11 x 4.70 meters) features a 200 m² terrace with a solar shower, sun loungers, and parasols – a beautiful relaxation area with fantastic views of Lake Como and Mount Legnone.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing machine, towels, and a window offering lake and mountain views.
All utilities (except for the electric vehicle charging station) are included in the price. There are no additional heating costs during the winter.
