The 250-square-meter villa accommodates 11+1 guests in 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It spans two levels with an external staircase (a traditional feature of Tuscan architecture). The interior layout features open-plan spaces and relaxed, rustic furnishings, ideal for families or groups.
The ground floor: The ground floor comprises an open-plan main kitchen (6-burner cooktop, mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and two refrigerators) with a large dining table. There is access to the garden. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine is also located on this level.
