This property is located in the prestigious Es Barcares residential complex, only a 5-minute drive from the medieval city walls of Alcúdia. Es Barcares is known for its excellent kitesurfing conditions and is very popular with surfers.

With 150 m² of living space, it is equipped for up to 6 people. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and offers satellite TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes using local products, which you can buy at the weekly market in Alcúdia (Tuesdays and Sundays). Opposite the kitchen is a 25 m² balcony with a cozy dining area.

The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with showers, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor.
Outside, you'll find a 40 m² terrace and an 800 m² garden with a lawn, Mediterranean plants, and a built-in barbecue. There's also a room for storing your bicycles.
