The house is located at the entrance to Llubí, where you will find good restaurants and shops. The stunning 12-kilometer-long Playa de Muro beach is 15 kilometers away.
The house was originally one of Mallorca's first distilleries before being restored as a traditional Mallorcan-style home.
The house is divided into 8 apartments, each with a double bedroom (2 beds) and a bathroom.

The apartments are connected by a central staircase and an elevator. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The house has Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as large communal areas, such as a beautiful barbecue area and a spacious covered parking space.
