The house offers spacious accommodation for up to eight guests. It is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens.

There is secure parking at the front of the property. The rear garden features an enclosed swimming pool with a safety fence for the protection of younger guests. There is an outdoor dining area under a shaded gazebo. Nearby, a brick barbecue is located in the shade of an old olive tree.

The swimming pool is next to a solarium with a furnished lawn and sun loungers.
The villa is entered through a two-story vestibule with a distinctive wall and an open staircase.

There is a spacious and airy hall with double-glazed doors that provide access to the front and rear terraces. This room, decorated in vibrant colors, features satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a large formal dining area, and access to the kitchen.

The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen boasts a large island and glass doors that open onto the gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped and lacks nothing.

There are three twin bedrooms, one of which features a mural. They are tastefully decorated and all overlook the garden.

These bedrooms share a high-end bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The master suite is truly impressive. The double bed offers sea views and views of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains. Double-glazed walls provide access to a balcony.

There is a huge en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It is dominated by a large, built-in bathtub, which offers a view of the sea from the balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors.
