The villa (built in 2021) accommodates four people. It features two air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable double bed, and the other has two comfortable single box-spring beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a toilet.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities, including a Smeg dishwasher and a large Smeg refrigerator. Stones from the beach in Matala are incorporated into the beautiful countertop.
From the living room, furnished with a lounge sofa and Gispen armchairs, you have access to the spacious terrace with a large pergola and a lower terrace with a 700-year-old olive tree. The swimming pool (8x4 meters) is directly adjacent to the terrace. The generous front garden includes private parking, various fruit trees, and a variety of homegrown vegetables and herbs.
