Our well-maintained and comfortably furnished holiday home is located in Armissan, 8 km from the sea and its expansive sandy beaches. The 700 m² property is situated directly adjacent to a vineyard and is enclosed by a wall, fence, landscaping, and a gate. There is parking for two cars in the courtyard. The house offers approximately 160 m² of living space: an entrance hall, a very well-equipped U-shaped kitchen with AMC cookware, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, a large refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Next to it is a utility room with a washing machine and freezer. Adjacent to the hall is a bedroom with a 1.40 m wide bed and an en-suite bathroom with a vanity unit. Opposite is a guest toilet. From the hall, you enter the combined living and dining room with a fireplace, a corner leather sofa, a large table with eight chairs, a bookcase with a wide selection of holiday reading material, a television with satellite connection for German channels, and free internet access via DSL/Wi-Fi.

From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace with its swimming pool. Measuring 3 meters wide and 7 meters long, it offers welcome refreshment on hot summer days. The pool cover can be completely removed, or the water can be warmed by a few degrees if left closed in spring or autumn, making swimming enjoyable even when the outside temperatures are cooler.
The spacious terrace offers ample room for garden furniture, a parasol, and sun loungers. The barbecue creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to socialize. A covered veranda provides additional shade. The outdoor area thus offers a relaxing and pleasant place to spend time outdoors, enjoying the view, dining together, and sunbathing.
