Completely renovated in 2021, this holiday home offers 124 m² of living space for up to six people. The ground floor features a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to the garden with a terrace and outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy the salty Sylt air. A beach chair is available on the terrace during the summer months. The living area, with its comfortable sofa and armchairs, invites you to enjoy convivial game nights or exciting movies on the flat-screen TV. Relax in the rocking chair next to the enclosed designer fireplace or start your day with a delicious breakfast with family and friends at the modern dining table. Even a special dinner for your loved ones is possible thanks to the state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, a second refrigerator, and a wine rack. Here, Italian design with glass fronts is combined with top-of-the-line Miele appliances.

The master bedroom, featuring a comfortable box-spring bed, ample closet space for your wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and a dedicated area for your home office, is located on the upper floor, as is the modern bathroom with a heated towel rail, underfloor heating, and a glass shower enclosure.
Two additional beds are available in the cozy attic.
On the lower floor, you'll find another bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed for two people and a flat-screen TV, as well as a second bathroom, also with a heated towel rail, underfloor heating, and a glass shower enclosure.
From approximately autumn 2022, you can also relax in your own private sauna and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.

The entire house features high-quality hardwood floors, and the kitchen and entrance area are finished with natural stone and underfloor heating for cozy warmth. Naturally, your holiday home is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the house in your own private parking space. If you wish, you can charge your electric car at the private charging station for a fee of €20 per stay.
