Wonderfully centrally located between the town center and Lake Chiemsee, the "Chiemseenest" warmly welcomes you. The inviting living room features a comfortable sofa, a wicker armchair with footstool, a smart TV, and a spacious dining area. The kitchenette, harmoniously integrated into the living area, is equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), ceramic cooktop, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and numerous small appliances to enhance your stay. The bedroom has a double bed, a TV, and ample storage space for your clothes. The bathroom offers a spacious shower, a sink, a toilet, and a large mirror. All floors are tiled or finished with modern wood-look laminate.
A true pleasure, especially during the colder months: The sauna and relaxation area in the basement of the building can be used privately for a fee.
A linen package (bed linens, towels (one regular and one bath towel per person), bath mat, and kitchen towels) is provided free of charge for stays of four nights or more. An underground parking space is available for your car. Bicycles can also be stored there. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the apartment.
