The apartment, located on the second floor, welcomes guests with a large and bright living room, furnished with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table with chairs. In the same room there is an open kitchen, well equipped and also has a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, juicer and toaster. Through a French window in the living room, guests have access to a private terrace overlooking the communal garden below. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and wardrobe and also has a window. Through an internal staircase located in the living room, it is possible to reach the attic floor. Here, thanks to a folding door, enjoys good privacy and results as a perfect relaxation zone, furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, flat screen TV, wardrobe, table with chairs and rotating support for the computer. A full bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the apartment.
Guests have at their disposal amenities such as air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
*The shared pool is open from June 1st to September 30th.
All TVs are tuned to the ASTRA satellite, which allows access to German channels.
Guests can park their car in the private garage. Additional cars can be parked outside: a few meters away there is a free parking space.
