The luxury Villa Nina is located in the small ethnic village of Covici above the coastal town of Tučepi. Almost all rooms of Villa Nina face the sea, are pleasantly sunny, and all are equipped with TVs and air conditioning. The ground floor villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a private gym, laundry facilities, an indoor barbecue, and a children's playroom (table football, darts, and billiards for entertainment). The villa also extends over two floors. The first floor features a large, spacious living room with two sofas, a smart TV with Netflix, and a small bar with bar stools, as well as two bedrooms. The second floor boasts three more bedrooms.
