Description
Penthouse Lighthouse Lounge
This stunning penthouse enjoys a prime location in the heart of Timmendorfer Strand, perched high above the rooftops and just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea and its fine sandy beach. Timmendorfer Strand's promenade, with its many exclusive shops and restaurants, is practically at your doorstep. A supermarket and a bakery are conveniently located in the ground-floor arcade.
The Leuchtturm Lounge penthouse is a light-filled loft with incredibly spacious rooms and a breathtaking ceiling height spanning two levels in the living area. A spiral staircase leads to the expansive mezzanine, a true architectural highlight, featuring a dream bedroom with air conditioning and a TV, an office, and a small, exclusive en-suite shower room. Another highlight is undoubtedly the huge south-facing roof terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun and furnished with a dining set and an extra-large beach chair. Life unfolds in the exceptionally spacious living and dining area, which adjoins a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen. The comfortable sofas and generous dining area offer ample space for a relaxing holiday. Through a combination of sophisticated design, high-quality materials, and warm colors, the interior designer has succeeded in creating a wonderful living atmosphere. There are two further spacious bedrooms, which, like the mezzanine bedroom, feature high-quality Ruf box-spring beds (180x200 cm), built-in wardrobes, TVs, and blackout blinds, as well as another exclusive shower room. Both bathrooms are equipped with a radio. A washing machine is integrated into the kitchen. The penthouse (2nd floor) includes a reserved underground parking space. There is no elevator. Due to the open staircase and mezzanine, the penthouse is not necessarily suitable for small children.
