This newly renovated North Sea house enjoys a peaceful location on the Hamburg dike, very close to the North Sea. Approximately 130 square meters offer a contemporary Scandinavian "hygge" atmosphere with light white and natural tones, oak flooring, solid wood furniture, and accents in blue and gray. A well-equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area, reading nook, workspace with panoramic views, and a large living/dining area with a leather sofa ensure relaxation. The sofa can be used as a double bed; a panoramic fireplace and a swivel TV are also provided.
For children, the "Pirate's Nest" upstairs features pirate beds, toys, books, and DVDs. The house offers three bedrooms, including a master bedroom, as well as a sleeping option in the living area. Two spacious bathrooms with toilets (bathtub downstairs, shower upstairs) are available.
The approximately 800 m² property is also suitable for dogs. Parking spaces, bicycle storage, and an e-bike charging station with a dryer are available in the "Rad-Hus" (bike house). Additional amenities include a grill, microwave, washing machine, cot, highchair, and stair gate.
