The holiday home (terraced house) is located on a quiet side street and extends over four floors.
On the ground floor, there is a large, modern, and fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining room. The dining area, with its large table, offers ample space for all guests of the Holzwurm house. It's the perfect place to plan day trips in the morning and gather for dinner in the evening. A smart TV with integrated Google Chromecast is also provided. This floor also features a completely renovated bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
On the first floor, there are two bright and inviting bedrooms. One spacious room serves as the typical master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. The other room is furnished as a children's room. The sturdy bunk bed with integrated wardrobe and desk can also be used as a full-size bed by adults. This floor also includes a completely renovated bathroom with a shower, rain shower, sink, and toilet.
On the first floor, there is two bright and welcoming bedrooms. A highlight of the house is the spacious living area on the top floor, perfect for cozy game nights or family movie nights. It also features a large smart TV with integrated Google Chromecast.
The third full-size bedroom, located on the garden level, is furnished with a large double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a TV with an Amazon Fire Stick. Adjacent to this room on this floor is a fully renovated guest WC with a sink and toilet. Also on this level is another room with a foosball table, available for guests to enjoy exciting tournaments or long practice sessions.
Summer furniture and a barbecue are provided on the terrace.
The holiday home includes two private parking spaces. Additional free parking is available directly on the street.
