You've found the perfect vacation home. Welcome to Risgap on Sylt. A typical Sylt steel door leads into the living room, furnished with a corner sofa and two comfortable armchairs with footstools. The lovely dining area, with its large, custom-made corner bench and chairs, invites you to enjoy cozy gatherings.
The modern gas fireplace creates a special vacation atmosphere at the touch of a button.
Entrance area with a small wardrobe. Natural stone floors in the entrance area and bathrooms, oak parquet flooring in the living room and bedrooms. Underfloor heating throughout the house.
Kitchen
A modern, open-plan, black and white country-style kitchen with a BORA induction cooktop, combination microwave/oven, freezer, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, Nespresso machine, and SodaStream. An electric kettle and toaster are also provided.
Sleeping
Two double bedrooms with custom-made beds and wardrobes. All wardrobes have lighting.
All beds are made up for your arrival!
The initial supply of linens, including bed linens and towels, is included in the rental price.
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms with shower, rain shower, toilet, washbasin, towel warmer, and hairdryer; two of these have double vanities. All fixtures are by Dornbracht.
Guest toilet on the ground floor.
Wellness
Finnish sauna with shower and rain shower, plus relaxation area. Aerial yoga studio. Fitness room with a third en-suite bathroom. Two wellness packages, including bathrobes, sauna towels, and slippers, are provided free of charge.

Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.
Other amenities: A high chair and a travel cot are available free of charge upon prior request.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board are available in the utility room.
A hotel safe is provided for valuables.
Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
