Holiday home in Pitsidia with swimming pool

Villa Hellas (built in 1996) was lovingly renovated and completely refurbished in 2019. It features three bright bedrooms (two with balconies) with air conditioning and a modern bathroom with a rain shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and brand new (with all appliances). From the spacious living room with its panoramic windows, you have an unobstructed view of the Libyan Sea.

NEW: Since 2023, we have had a solar power system that covers approximately 70% of our electricity needs and very fast Starlink internet.
There is also a guest toilet.

The balcony door leads to a large terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing. From there, a stone staircase leads down to the garden and the pool, which is surrounded by non-slip wooden decking. For environmental reasons, we opted for a smaller pool, but the 3m x 4.70m size is perfectly adequate for a refreshing dip, especially given the proximity of the sea. You can reach this in about 15-20 minutes on foot (2 minutes by car).

At night, the large garden is illuminated with solar lights, allowing you to relax in one of the many seating areas. From there, you can look down (the villa is situated on a small hill) at the lights of the small village of Pitsidia.

Please note that there are four steps inside the house (from the hallway to the living room). These are not specially secured and may pose a problem for small children or people with mobility issues.
